This watch is accurate and works to help you lose weight. It's easy to programme and read the data.
I was at a plateau but when I starting wearing this watch, I could easily see the amount of calories burned and where my heart rate was to continue the weight loss process.
I've since lost another 4 pounds within 2 weeks. Love this product.

First thing I want to say that the "Polar FT7" does exactly what it built to do. The great thing is that my fitness has improved noticeably because I am aware of the load on my heart.

This product performed as advertised. It is a good value for the price. However, unlike earlier models, it does not allow you to see your heart rate and stop watch at the same time. An improvement over earlier models is that the user can change batteries instead of sending it back to a factory authorized service center. All in all this is a good basic heart monitor.
